Is there really a free trial?

Yes - 14 days, no payment card required. You get the full Teams plan during trial. Cancel any time, no awkward calls.

Can I import my data from another platform?

Yes. Round Monster has data imports for the common round software exports already and if not can offer custom migration. We can usually have you up and running within an hour.

Do my workers need to install anything?

No app store install required - workers log in to a fast mobile web app from any phone. Works offline for the day, syncs back when signal returns.

How does the Direct Debit work?

You connect to your GoCardless account, customers sign up online as normal. Round Monster collects payment automatically the day a job is signed off as complete.

Can I cancel any time?

Always. Monthly billing, cancel from inside the app - no notice period, no exit fees, your data is exportable to CSV at any time.

Where is my data stored?

On secure UK / EU infrastructure (Supabase + AWS). Daily encrypted backups, full GDPR compliance, you remain the controller of your customer data.
