Round Monster grew out of Quote Monster, our online quoting platform for window cleaning and similar service businesses. Operators kept asking for the same thing: website quotes flowing straight into their admin, with fast, reliable booking - not another export, spreadsheet, or duplicate entry step. That requirement - connect public quoting to how the round is actually run - is what shaped Round Monster.
We built it alongside working operators, not from a slide deck. What began as quote-to-booking integration became a modern SaaS for the full customer journey: scheduling, CRM, invoicing, payments, and team management in one system. Legacy round tools still leave businesses buried in admin - disconnected modules, manual sync, and workflows that were never designed to work together.
